  • At least 1 year in a Government/PSU or reputed private manufacturing industry. Desirable: Experience in maintenance of CNC machines, presses, cranes, and conventional machines.
Junior Manager (Production)
  • First Class Degree in Production/Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Government/PSU or reputed private manufacturing industry.
Junior Manager (Quality)
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering with M.Tech in Quality Engineering.
  • At least 2 years in inspection and testing within engineering fields.
Junior Manager (Integrated Material Management)
  • First Class Degree in Engineering/Technology and a 2-year MBA/Post-Graduate Diploma specializing in Materials/Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 2 years in material management. Additional: Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with the GeM-Procurement portal.
Junior Manager (Electrical)
  • Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 3-4 years of industrial experience in HT and LT substation maintenance, including MRS and MDS sub-stations, HT lines, and maintenance of electrical power lines, transformers, and DG sets.
Junior Manager (Business Analytics)
  • First Class Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, Commerce, or Business Economics.
  • Minimum 1 year in a Government/PSU or reputed private manufacturing industry.
Diploma Technician (Mechanical)
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a reputable engineering workshop.
Diploma Technician (Metallurgy)
  • Diploma in Metallurgy Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
  • 1 year in steel and aluminum casting or foundry processes, with knowledge in quality improvement.
Diploma Technician (Electrical)
  • Diploma in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Plant Maintenance Engineering.
  • 3-4 years in maintenance of electrical power lines, substation equipment, DG sets, and electrical control systems.
Diploma Technician (Tool Design)
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Tool & Die specialization).
  • Minimum of 1 year in designing dies, molds, and patterns for castings. Skills: Knowledge in AutoCAD (2D), NX (Unigraphics-3D), and SolidWorks.
Diploma Technician (Design)
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a PG Diploma in Industrial Design (CAD).
  • 1 year in CAD/CAM programming, creating 3D models, and generating CAM programs for CNC machines.
Diploma Technician (Quality & Inspection)
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with Post Diploma in Quality Assurance/Inspection, or Diploma in Metallurgy with certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
  • Minimum of 2 years in quality inspection and testing in engineering fields.
Assistant (HR)
  • First Class Degree and a 1-year Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations.
  • Minimum 1 year in personnel management or HR, with skills in MS Office and drafting.
